​The Golf Trust set off on the 20th of June to complete the seemingly impossible task of playing continuous rounds of golf under severe weather conditions at one of Norway’s most scenic golf courses, Lofoten Links.​

​For a brief period each year, the Midnight Sun transforms the famous Lofoten Links golf course into a 24-hour sunlit wonder, offering the opportunity for non-stop golf. The team battled both mentally and physically, walking over 50,000 steps each as they played through the night without sleep or breaks.​

The initial goal was £24,000 for the 24 hour golf round in the Artic circle, but we're happy to announce the target was exceeded and £50,000 was raised for The Golf Trust.

The documentary following the group’s journey aired on Sky Sports Golf at 8pm on the 14th of October 2024​​​, and City Plumbing & Heating Co. 1991 were delighted to sponsor this great cause.
